Concursul BaniPePost este organizat de Netpress Consulting S.R.L.
Participanţii la Concurs sunt obligaţi să respecte termenii şi condiţiile Regulamentului Oficial al Concursului (denumit în continuare "Regulament Oficial"), potrivit celor menţionate mai jos:
Regulamentul Oficial este întocmit şi va fi făcut public conform legislaţiei aplicabile din Romania, fiind disponibil gratuit oricărui solicitant pe site-ul www.banipepost.com. Regulamentul Oficial al Concursului va fi publicat pe toată perioada Concursului pe site-ul www.banipepost.com.
Concursul BaniPePost se desfaşoară pe teritoriul naţional al Romaniei şi este valabil pentru persoanele fizice care îndeplinesc următoarele condiţii:
1) Este deţinătorul unui blog în limba română;
2) Blogul are o vechime de peste 30 de zile, la data începerii concursului;
3) Blogul are o arhivă cronologică pe baza căreia i se poate determina vechimea;
4) Blogul conţine minimum 10 articole (exclusiv cel dedicat Concursului);
5) Blogul conţine 1 articol dedicat Concursului.
Concursul se desfăşoară în perioada 22 septembrie 2009 - 23 octombrie 2009. Concursul se va desfăşura în conformitate cu prevederile prezentului Regulament Oficial. Premiul Concursului este reprezentat de un laptop ASUS Eee 1002HA în valoare de 1.670 RON.
